How to Join the Website
Please click on '1961 Classmates' to join the site; then click on your name and complete the pages that follow. This will allow you to create your own profile, which you personalise with info about yourself. You provide your own secret password to gain access to edit your data at a later stage, if required. You may give as much or as little info about yourself as you wish. There are options to block access to your info from the general public, and allow only registered classmates to view same. When a classmate clicks on your name, they will see only the details that you have allowed them to see.
Joining our web site is completely free to all classmates.
Once you have completed your own profile 'check out the profiles' of those who have already joined the site - should you then wish to add more info to your own profile, click on 'Edit Profile'. You may edit the info on your profile as many times as you wish.
Our main goal at this stage: To locate all the 1961 classmates. Visit the 'Missing Classmates' page and see who has not joined web site. Perhaps you have contact details of some of these absentees?
Should you be aware of contact details of any of our 1961 teachers, please email the details to 1961khsmatrics@gmail.com, and they will be invited to our reunion.
See the 'Pics from the Past' page A 1961 class picture and a list of who we think each classmate is, is shown. Please audit the list for possible errors. The page has other memorable pictures from the past, including pictures of the cast of 'HMS PINAFORE'.
Should this be your first visit to our Home Page, please click on 'Newsletters' to view previous newsletters - they contain some useful information.
Should you wish to upload other original pictures, e.g. sports teams, hostel pics, cadets, school plays, etc, please have them scanned & reduced in size to maximum 1 000 pixels (on the longest side), and email the pic with your comments to 1961khsmatrics@gmail.com and they will be posted on 'Pics from the Past'. Please send as many as you like, but only one pic per email. We do have a 1961 KHS yearbook, but the pics in that are a bit faded and not easy to scan.
You may also express tributes (and view earlier submissions) in 'In Memory', to those of our classmates who have passed on.

SETTING UP YOUR E-MAIL SOFTWARE
In this world so many spam e-mails are sent daily that many people and/or email service providers have resorted to very high level spam filtering. This unfortunately means that sometimes messages sent from our web site to you, and even messages from one Classmate to another, can be marked as spam and therefore never read.
NB! All future email to you will come directly from this web site, so:
Check your spam or junk email folders to see if e-mails are going there.
- Whitelist or show postmaster@classcreator.net as a safe sender in your email software, or any third party email filtering services that you may subscribe to.
"Whitelist" is the general term for allowing an e-mail to come through from a specific email address every time. Whitelist is also sometimes referred to as a "Safe List" or an "Approved Senders List."
Should you whitelist postmaster@classcreator.net, messages which may not ordinarily get through to you will, in future, be read by you every time.
